The roster is one week of shifts, grouped by department. Drop a saved template onto a person. The event for that night sits on the same week, so the cover matches the booking. Hours add up beside each name.

A shift template is a clock-in and clock-out pattern you drag onto an employee to add their shift. Every shift template is saved. Create a roster minutes.
Event
Staff the event.
An event keeps the sales and shifts for that night. Set the event name, start date and time, end date and time, pick the staff and set their wages.
Group
Every site in one account.
Each Square location is its own venue, with its own trading day. Dashboard and Roster can be on for the organisation and off for a single site. A person sees the venues and pages they are allowed. A user with no role is denied.
